ESOF contributes to the development of a European policy of science by means of the creation of discussion spaces. All the members of the scientific community and all those who share responsibilities for the future of science in Europe, can express their opinions on scientific policy and financing. In ESOF, all of them along with the groups more directly affected by the decisions related to science and technology can explore new trends, consult and exchange initiatives and proposals.
